My Grandkids love this place .but they really need to clean the bathroom better .please it made me think is this place where I really need to take them please make sure the employees clean the bathrooms......

Hello Mike, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We can assure you that our water does not cost $25. Regarding the socks, we are competitive with other family entertainment facilities and because we are a national franchise, all jumpers are required to wear the Rockin Jump safety socks. On the bright side, they are a one time purchase and can be reused when you return! We appreciate your business and hope to see you again soon!

Have a great time there just get ready for the hidden fees after, If they ask you if you would like some water brought to your table keep in mind they will not mention that you have to pay $25 for it. Or whatever package you purchase they will give you and all your guests stocks and charge 4+ dollars for them without telling you before hand.
